Instructions
Site development will start upon receipt of Board approval and completed registration form. Board approval must be provided in one of the following manners:
- 1. Before hitting “submit” button, print and scan completed registration form showing signature of appropriate Board member and attach to form in field provided, or
- 2. Email from appropriate Board member specifying approval of CommunityPro PUBLIC site referencing the set-up fee and monthly recurring amounts and attach to registration form in field provided, or
- 3. Scanned copy of community minutes showing Board approval of CommunityPro PUBLIC site and attach to registration form in field provided.
Registration form process:
- One step, if Board approval is obtained at time of site registration
- Submit completed registration form to Sentry Management via form submit button
- Attach Board approval (from one or more of above manners) using “Browser” function in the registration from below. The registration form will be sent to:
- Two steps, if Board approval obtained at later date
- Submit completed registration form to Sentry Management via form submit button
- Send in separate email Board approval (from one or more of above manners) to:
- Complete all fields and where not applicable put N/A but be sure of your information.
- Supply needed photos according to specifications described under each field.

The Association agrees that a $495.00 one-time set-up fee and an ongoing monthly fee of $79.00 will be paid from Association’s funds held by Agent and Agent is authorized to pay any amounts owed to Agent by Association, via electronic transfer of funds, from such account without prior notice to Association.
